The 30 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a kitchen, and a bathroom, and it can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to an armchair bed and a convertible sofa. Additional amenities include a television, a washing machine, a dryer, as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This accommodation does not offer Wi-Fi or air conditioning. The property features a private outdoor area with a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue, and a playground for your enjoyment. The studio apartment occupies part of a cottage next to a festival room with five celebrations a year, a church, fields, and a hotel restaurant. An indoor/outdoor pool can be reached in 10 minutes by car. There is a forest and walking routes nearby, bicycle paths throughout the valley, and a ski track 20 minutes away. Metzeral train station can be reached in 5 minutes. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. 1 pet is allowed (for a fee). Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. 2 bikes can be provided (for a fee).
