« Wonderful stay at the Schloss! Rooms are very clean with a ton of character. Parking was easy. Staff was very helpful. We loved the spa area with the sauna and pool. And we had two excellent breakfasts and two excellent dinners at their on site restaurant. Not to be missed! »

The apartment was well equipped, clean and a great space for us to chill out and relax after a long day on the slopes. Our grandchildren particularly liked the swimming pool and wellness area. "Schöne Lage, herrliches Zimmer mit Sicht auf die Berge. Essen ok. Leider konnte ich kein Wienerschnitzel bestellen da der Koch keine Schnitzel serviert. Ins zweit Restaurant durften wir nicht essen gehen da wir Halbpensioun gebucht hatten.Wenig Flexibilität innerhalb der Restauration. Das Wellnes ist angenehm genauso wie das Fitness. Leider fand meine vorab gebuchte Gesichtsbehandlung nicht statt da ich 20 Minuten nach vereinbarter Zeit nicht weiter warten wollte.Die Kosmetikerin war bis dahin noch immer nicht erschienen und man konnte mir nicht sagen wann sie endlich erscheinen würde. Eine Entschuldigung oder Erklärung bekam ich leider nicht, weder von der Sparezeption noch von der Rezeption vom Hotel."

"Superbe chambre au calme avec vue sur les montagnes, très bien équipée, et lit très confortable. Parking extérieur réservé aux clients de l'hotêl. Seul bémol non négligeable pendant les fortes chaleur et incompréhensible pour un hôtel de ce standing : l'absence de climatisation ! Car difficile d'ouvrir les fenêtres pour rafraîchir la chambre en raison des moustiques... (pour rappel l'hotêl est équipé d'une piscine extérieure et est à 15 min à pied du lac)"
