The property boasts a large fenced garden spanning 700 m2, perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities. Enjoy the convenience of a storage room for bicycles and skis within the house. Ample parking is available on the premises, including a single garage. Indulge in the modern amenities such as Internet WiFi, and take advantage of the tennis court.

The property is a 4-room house with a total area of 120 square meters spread across two levels. It features cozy and wooden furnishings throughout. The living room has an open-hearth fireplace (decorative only), a dining table, a dining nook, satellite TV, and a hi-fi system. There is an exit leading to a terrace from the living room. On the same level, you'll find a room with two beds and an en-suite bath/shower/WC, an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a separate WC. The property has underfloor heating on this level. Upstairs on the upper floor, there is a room with sloping ceilings and two beds, another room with sloping ceilings and a double bed, and an exit leading to a balcony. There is also a shower/WC on this level, and the property is heated with oil heating.

The property offers several amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. These include a balcony, two terraces (partly covered), terrace furniture, and a portable barbecue. Additionally, the property provides a children's high chair, a baby cot, and free WiFi internet access.
