"Oh man, for a four star hotel this was not it. Felt more like a 2.5 star. The shower head was incredibly dirty. The water was spraying in all different directions. I told the hotel staff about it 4 times on different days. They kept saying it would be handled and it wasn’t. My partner just ended up cleaning it herself (not a great start to a stay). Also had to ask 4x for them to bring up another pillow. At one point, late at night we had to ask for more toilet paper as housekeeping hadn’t come at all yet (this was like 5 days in) and they had the nerve to ask us to come down and get it. We took the option for one double bed but for some reason they didn’t have duvet that covered the whole bed. Just two single sized ones. So many miscommunications with housekeeping. The first time they came as were about to leave so we’d ask them to come back in 5 minutes. Then they just didn’t come back that day and it took several days before the room was cleaned. They did not provide face cloths OR lotion. And they only had a combo shampoo body wash and no conditioner. What is this? My local ymca? Never seen any of this at a hotel I’ve stayed at. Especially not a supposedly four star one. The room was quite dry as well. Enjoyed the spa. The gym was pretty pathetic. The food at breakfast was good. Good location. In spite of all these issues, they only provided 10% discount for 6/8 nights I stayed. Def not enough of an offset to make me recommend this place. "

Mais établissement "industriel", avec des centaines de clients et des infrastructures souvent débordées: accueil encombré, salle de petit déjeuner saturée, engendrant attente pour pouvoir y accéder et absence de place assise. La chambre était correcte mais mériterait un rafraichissement. A noter, l'accès au rooftop est payant, même pour les clients de l’hôtel - cet élément n'apparait pas clairement dans la publicité de l’hôtel."

"It was a good room, but with some quirks. The airing in the shower was quite dusty. Some of the walls were a bit dirty on the paint. The room was big - and the bed quite big as well. The TV channels did not show correctly. It seems like they are currently doing a lot of works on the hotel (inside) which led to an OK impression this time... The pool seemed less impressive in real life as the men's changing room was out of service. The gym was quite full when visiting. You get an extended check out if you register for their free program. Very nice staff. "

"Chambre plutôt spacieuse, literie ferme mais très confortable. TV plutôt petite, pas de service de streaming intégré. Le bémol de la chambre, à mon goût, c'est la paroi vitrée transparente entre l'espace nuit et l'espace WC/salle de bains. Pour l'intimité, c'est pas top. Joli certes, mais en pratique pas terrible... Il y a un room service mais ils n'en font aucune publicité, aucun menu accessible ni en chambre, ni sur la tv. J'ai fait un petit-déjeuenr en room service, pas évident de passer commande, on ne sait même pas où appeler ni les choix possibles. Livraison incomplète en chambre. Globalement pour le prix plutôt raisonnable, le standing est bon, il y a de plus un métro pas très loin."
