The house is very nice, clean and beds were fine! Husband slept in the comfy recliner due to rotator cuff surgery! Laundry area was very handy, make sure you have coins for the Washer and Dryer!! Fast communication with the owner!! Big trucks woke us up early, but we are early risers! I would recommend this to my friends and family!! Thanks Ben for the restaurant coupons!

This is a great place to stay if your kids attend Dakota Weslyn University. Very clean, roomie and warm. No steps, decline and easy entry and exit and very accessible.

Nice apartment in a quiet building. Easy access in and out. Had what we needed for traveling with a small child and needing extra space. Perfect for our multiple day stay. Very clean space with many added touches. Would stay again.

Nice rental but we couldn't reach the controls on the air conditioner. The complex is on a busy corner having to listen to cars with loud pipes all night long. We would not stay here again, sorry to say.

We stayed here on our way west. Our family of 5 was comfortable in this apartment (4-plex building). Directions for check-in and check-out were easy and simple. The complimentary Jimmy John subs were icing on the cake. We look to stay here again, as we travel across SD once or twice per year.

We stayed here for a night on our way to the Blackhills. It's a 4 unit apartment complex with easy ground level access. The apartment is clean and really new looking. There is A/C, but it's a wall A/C in the living room. Neither bedroom has A/C or a ceiling fan. The wall A/C did keep everything cool though. The shower had great water pressure and was nice and hot. We had a good stay. I would stay here again.

A Very Streamlined Stay!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Ben's apartment while traveling through on our way home. We loved the simplicity and yet thoughtfulness of our accommodations. Very comfortable, including the bed, and lots of grass for our pups to stretch their little legs. We appreciated the welcoming hospitality of Ben's place...including the nice neighbors! The apartment (which is a main level space) was so clean and all the instructions were exceptionally user friendly. We appreciated the complimentary cards for Jimmy John's subs--our favorite! Great place to stay with great ease, great location (safe, quiet, and convenient), and excellent hospitality. Thank you, Ben, for sharing your space with others!!

The photos ARE a good representation of the property. Seemless checkin communicated by the owner. VERY clean, everything is new/newer. A very nice place to stay! Only con is the corner where the property is located is busy, so there is traffic noise throughout the evening/night. I would recommend this property!

Perfect little apartment!
The apartment is very clean with just the right amount of amenities. I was there during a blizzard and the place was warm and cozy all night. I stayed for 2 nights, but easily could have been comfortable for a week or more. Internet was fast. Two tvs made it extra nice for multiple people. Owner is very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

This property was perfect for us. We came to Mitchell to watch our son compete in an indoor track meet for DWU. The location was super convenient, just a few blocks away from the field house. It was very clean, super comfortable and we had great communication with the host. Would definitely stay again!
