House Rules Violation Fee: A $250 fee may be charged if house rules are violated, including but not limited to smoking inside the unit, hosting unauthorized parties/events, bringing pets, or exceeding occupancy limits. Failure to comply may also result in the cancellation of your stay.  
  
House Rules:  
\- No Smoking – Smoking inside the unit, common areas, or anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited.  
\- No Parties or Events – Unauthorized gatherings or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.  
\- No Pets – We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this unit.  
\- Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM – Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down during these hours.  
  
Guest Requirements: You must be 21 years of age or older to rent this property.

Points forts : Propreté

The Roam is a great location. Walking distance to all the downtown area. It was clean and met our needs. I Love having a bathroom in each bedroom.My only issue was the communication it was difficult to get my questions answered. I thought it was strange I needed to send a copy if my ID. Overall I would recommend the Roam!
