Surrounded by peaceful mountain views and open skies, this home provides the perfect balance of quiet retreat and easy access to Missoula’s vibrant scene.  
Just 6 miles from downtown Missoula, you’ll find a town known for its lively blend of outdoor adventure, local charm, and artsy energy. Stroll along the Clark Fork River trail, catch some river surfing on Brennan's wave, grab coffee at The Dram Shop or Black Coffee Roasting Co., and explore Caras Park, a great place to spend the day riding the carousel with kids, and where farmers markets and live music light up the weekends.

The upstairs main house has a separate entrance, is owner-occupied, and owners may be on site during your stay.   
  
Step into your private, ground-floor apartment, a beautifully decorated space designed for relaxation and comfort. The entire rental is on one level, with the exception of a single step down into the living room.  
  
Living & Dining: Gather in the bright and welcoming living area, where a comfortable sectional faces a sleek fireplace and TV, perfect for movie nights. High-speed Wi-Fi is included to keep you connected. Share meals or plan your next adventure at the dining table, all while enjoying the warm ambiance.  
  
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for your stay, from modern appliances and cookware to a Keurig with starter coffee. Granite countertops and a breakfast bar provide plenty of space for meal prep.  
  
Bedrooms: Both thoughtfully designed bedrooms offer a restorative space to unwind. Each cozy room features a queen bed, soft linens, a private fireplace, and a comfortable sitting area.

Ride-sharing is available in the city of Missoula, there are also a few means of public transportation. If you have your own vehicle(s), you may park in the driveway of The Fox Watch, up to 2 vehicles for no additional charge.   
  
To ensure a comfortable and transparent stay, please note the following:  
Owner-Occupied Property: This is a ground-floor apartment attached to the main home, where the owners reside upstairs. You may hear occasional footsteps, but owners are mindful of guests below.  
No Air Conditioning: The apartment is cooled by portable fans and does not have A/C. It is comfortably heated by a boiler system in cooler months.  
Amenities: A washer and dryer are available inside the apartment for your convenience. We also provide all necessary linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries.  
Security: For your safety, an exterior security camera is located on the property and faces outward, monitoring the driveway and entrance areas.
