The family that moved in on the floor above us showed up a little after 10 at night. With several children and all their gear it was well after 11 that they finally moved in. They started hanging an extension cord off the balcony and ran it out to their vehicle. We could hear the kids running and crying most of the night or using the bathroom. I personally, got about 2 and a half hours of sleep. And today I have to drive 7 hours. Not safe at all. The building was obviously built cheaply for rental purposes. The walls and the ceiling have little to no sound insulation. I would not stay here again nor would I ever suggest anyone would. Obviously, vrbo is declining in quality. ##### Thomas B. It was VERY CLEAN on our stay, which we really appreciated. It was a perfect place for an overnighter to move our daughter into the University of Montana. Our teenage son stayed on the pull-out couch and gave it a thumbs up for pull-outs that are sometimes uncomfortable. Beds were comfy. Had fans in bedrooms and air conditioner in living area (we were there when hot). Easy parking. We heard the upstairs neighbors a little, but... all was quiet at bedtime.
