My issue is with the customer service we received. I've stayed in many Vrbo's, and have had much more accommodating hosts. When spending over $3000 for a weekend, I expect more. When asked if we could check in an hour or two early, I was told to check the website for fees. It was nice to have both kitchens, multiple bedrooms, multiple baths and both living areas. Everyone seemed to find their beds comfortable, spaces were clean, and we had what we needed in the kitchens. The owner checked in on us (via message) and was responsive.
