It was lovely and we are so happy to have stayed there. The breakfast was out of this world. Not only was is big but delicious. I am disappointed I wasn't organized enough to arrange for the cooking lessons they provide. I am actually contemplating a trip back to learn to cook these very tasty dishes. The outdoor area was dirty and had garbage laying around, dirty plates from breakfast was still on the table even though we arrived at 1pm and no one was there. There was hardly any water pressure and you could barely wash your hands. The room was not clean and had a weak small of urin. We stayed at Shehan Guest House for six nights and were delighted by the staff and the location in particular. The staff were so kind and helpful, even driving me to the hospital when I injured my chin, and organising tours for us. The location is only 2 minutes from the beautiful Marissa Beach.
