The Luau towers are located on the beach side of the Sandestin Resort next to the famous Sandestin Hilton Hotel. The buildings offer a variety of entertainment for the guests such as a 12,000 square foot private pool, a tiki bar, hot tub, exercise room, private parking and a short walk to restaurants, bars and the private beaches of Sandestin. As you walk into the 1-bedroom unit, you can immediately appreciate the spaciousness of the condo and the chic décor and environment that it offers. This unit has an open concept layout allowing plenty of light in from the wall of windows that faces the beach. The only problem was I rented the condo because it had a golf cart with the rental. There was no golf cart available. I did finally get a message from the host and they said, "there's no golf cart access because we lost our parking space". Well, don't advertise you have one when you don't. They said they removed it from their listing but VRBO hasn't. Offered no credit, nothing. Response was basically, NOT OUR PROBLEM. ##### Charles N.
