Windancer 311 – This unit was recently renovated and easily stands out from other 1 bedroom units in the area! As you can see, reviews tell the true story on how great this condo and management company are! Don't settle on your next vacation, choose a unit that's made the upgrades you want, but still has the relaxed beach feel you travel this way for. Just a few of the recent upgrades include: reconfigured kitchen that was extended for more room to cook or entertain, quartz counters throughout, LVP flooring, recessed lighting, and much more! This 3rd Floor Windancer unit offers breathtaking views, a Gulf-Front Pool, and the classic low-rise Florida resort feel that most people are looking for. Tucked away on east-end of Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, most locals and incoming guests have never seen the complex due to its privacy. Once they've stayed in the building, it's hard to look elsewhere due to its convenient location and elite seclusion! You're just over a minute from the Silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants. Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and this unit offers complimentary beach service (2 chairs and one umbrella set up every day free of charge) available seasonally from March 1st through November 30th. This is a great feature to have so you aren’t having to carry all your chairs and umbrellas to the beach. If you are looking for a smaller complex to relax while still being close to all the action Miramar Beach/Destin has to offer, Windancer is the place to be. This unit offers a King bed in the Master Bedroom, Hallway Bunks (2 twin beds), and a Living Area Sleeper Sofa. The full bathroom contains a stack washer/dryer, and the kitchen does have a Keurig. The view was stunning. The king bed was comfy. Very short walk to the beach. Elevator up to room with a hotel cart to load and unload bags was convenient and helpful. The building is smaller so less people out on the beach which was nice. Just remember to bring your own spices, coffee pods or filters, oils and such and a pair of scissors. Right on the beach. Condo was exactly as pictured, was very clean. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella included with condo. Beach was beautiful. Location great, close to grocery store and other stores. Area very easy to get around. Only negatives, bed was very uncomfotable, too soft. Did not like shower head. Wish there was a light throw on the couch, and an umbrella in condo. Had a great week and will definately return! ##### Judy M. The condo smelled extremely musty upon arrival. I purchased air freshener and after a couple of days the odor deminished. The king mattress was terrible. It is so worn out...I felt like I was sleeping in a hole. The rug in the living area needs to be cleaned. It was stained especially at the balcony entrance. We used the beach service two days and those guys were very nice. The condo was ok and I would stay at Winddancer again but would choose another unit. Brandon the beach service man was INCREDIBLE, he was SO nice and made sure everyone on the beach was taken care of and happy. The location couldn’t have been better. Condo was pretty clean, it smelt amazing and there were ZERO issues. Plenty of places to sleep and the washer/dryer was so handy to have. Thank you!!! ##### Taylor N. Brandon and the beach service was awesome. Your chairs and umbrella waiting for you each day. We had some rain and having the covered balcony to sit out on and watch the waves was perfect. Conda was just as described. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. We will be back again! ##### Jen C. The property was clean and in a great location...making for a perfect weekend getaway. The folks that setup the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were super professional..they told me all about Miramar and Destin and even went as far as hoping that I pick this spot for my future trips.
