There is plenty of room for 8 adults and 4 kids. Definitely take advantage of renting the bikes. It made for an awesome outing in the evenings. The location is very close to the beach like a 5 minute walk and is centrally located to great shopping areas, Wal-Mart and a fun park. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans if you would like to cook and there are places to rent scooters and golf carts across from beach if you decide you'd like to cruise a bit to see some sights.
