The overall stay of the room wasn’t as great as we expected… The room wasn’t cleaned properly….the ice maker to the fridge didn’t work properly… the shower curtain had slimy items on it, and filled with soap scum. The kitchen floor looks like it has never been mopped… and had stains in the floor like there something leaking from the cabinets. The couch pull out was full of crumbs and and stains we had to dust it off before we even got a chance to lay on it and decided not too… there were not enough towels to wash off with … the sink in the bathroom was stopped up and the water wouldn’t go down the drain …the day of checkout the house keeping kept pulling in our door Interfering with our rest … the beds were very hard…the dishes under the cabinets weren’t cleaned properly …there wasn’t any clear directions to check in so we were lost for the first part of our visit….we felt as if this resort cost us too much money to have had this experience. ##### Tyonna Séjour de 2 nuits en juin 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Sarah D., Minneapolis 22 mai 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Nice place in Miramar The condo was as described and nice & pretty clean (couch is a little old/worn). Beds were comfy enough, sheets were clean. For 1-2 adults and 1-2 kids it is a good, small condo. The building is generally nice & clean, beach is great. Only one of the pool is heated, and on a cooler weekend the unheated pools were too cold. Bring your own beach towels. We would stay again. ##### Sarah D. Cons— My main complaint is there is noticeable black mold around the bathtub, the dryer is extremely loud and there wasn’t a broom. The broom would be handy because of all the sand we inadvertently drug in with us everyday and it was all over the floor. I ended up using a mop to scoot it to a corner and it helped some. There was a vacuum but with kids going to bed earlier than us a vacuum wasn’t always the best choice. With the humidity, I know mold is probably something you fight with all the time. But this looked like it had been a pretty big issue for some time. I wish there was more closet space. I feel like our bags were always in the way. Pros—- The view was amazing. I loved waking up every morning and sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. It wasn’t a two minute walk to the beach so if you forgot something you could easily run back. Nice showers outside to wash the sand off. Two really nice pools Staff was nice. Overall- I would stay here again. It was nice having a fully functional kitchen and washer and dryer.
