Very convenient for our daily music festival in Seascape. Condo complex maintenance and RealJoy agents are not on same page. It was clean and had everything we needed. We loved how easy it was to walk across the street to the beach and that there were lots of close shops and restaurants within walking distance or a very quick drive.
