Welcome to our newest unit 4723 at the prestigious Westwinds at Sandestin! Our new condo is one of only six two-bedroom vacation units located on the front tower of Westwinds, overlooking the two pools with an outstanding Gulf and Beach view . Pets: The Westwinds building does not allow guest pets, and we can make no exceptions UNIT AND BUILDING INFORMATION: Located conveniently on the 3rd floor, the wrap around balcony directly faces the beach and Gulf of Mexico. It has an unusually open, airy feel with great views of the Westwinds Pools, on site Restaurant, and the Sandestin Beach Club pool next door. The large renovated kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain. New renovations have just been completed and new furnishings add to the light and beachy feeling of the condo. BOTH bedrooms have king size beds, renovated bathrooms, both with walk in showers. The only thing between you and the beach is the pool!. The living room has a 55" Smart HDTV flat screen TV, and both bedrooms have Smart HDTV flat screen TVs.. Complimentary Beach Chairs and umbrellas are provided for your use, or you can rent Sandestin® Beach Setups using your credit card. Westwinds has a beautiful adult fitness center for ages 16 and above, which has been added on the ground level and provides great views of the pool and Gulf! There is an onsite tiki hut which is staffed seasonally with food and drinks, no need to leave the pool for lunch. They accept cash or credit cards as well. Or cook your own food with the Bar-B-Que grills provided on the West Side lawn. The adults only hot tub is secluded in the rocks, and the heated lagoon style pool and kiddie pool are attractively landscaped. Both pools are heated seasonally. 24x7 Security is provided for the safety of your vacation experience. The building is secured by gates and building lock codes to assure you have a comfortable and safe vacation. The other amenities of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort are just a short tram ride away. Your reservation includes free tram transportation for all guests. Tram cards and route maps are in the unit for you to use during your stay. The Tram stops at the ground level of Westwinds just outside the door approximately every 20 minutes from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m Enjoy the Marina, which includes water sports and fishing charters. Reserve a court at the Tennis Club for Tennis or Pickle Ball, or play one of the four world-class golf courses. Visit the Village of Baytowne Wharf located inside the resort featuring an array of shops, restaurants, and family activities. Just outside the resort is Grand Boulevard, a premier collection of restaurants and shops along with a grocery store, movie theater, and more. Special Golf rates are available during the winter months if you join the Snowbird club, just ask at any of the golf courses on the property. Three golf courses are available year round. The view of the beach was breathtaking! Miramar Beach is a spectacular area of Florida and we are not huge Florida fans. The waters were crystal clear, like in the Caribbean. Just beautiful!Furthermore, Lynn was great to work with as well. She was prompt with answers to questions as well as being clear and concise with directions. The shower was an A with high pressure. The balcony was where I spent hours reading and just people watching - looking over the pool and the pure white sand. So much more kitchen items that weren’t listed. Plenty of beach accessories. My husband loved that there was a taller beach chair rather than one that sits low to the ground. Full size washer/dryer. The water pressure in both showers were amazing. The living room area was a little small but we still all fit easily and had plenty of room. Condo was very clean and Ms. Lynn answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again! ##### Hilary M. Unit was very clean and well supplied for our short stay. Condo complex was very clean. Tiki bar was good and staff was ok. Only issue noticed was related to the pool. Staff was very strict on wristbands and drinks until 5 pm. After that nothing was enforced. Pool also tended to get dirty toward end of day as people coming off the beach were using it to wash sand off of chairs and themselves. Would for sure book this unit again. ##### Coralee S. We took the direction from friends that we were meeting up with. This beautiful property was just perfect and the resort was a wonderful experience. The condo was impeccably clean and offered a well-stocked kitchen in which we could enjoy meals. The remainder of the condo was perfect and it offered us all of the space that we needed. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus.We had a perfect ocean view. The pool was immaculate and it was a very short walk to the beach. Our condo did not offer a golf cart but the reliable shuttle service took us where we needed to go around the property. Lynn, the property manager was very hands on and available for any and all questions. Her guidance was extremely helpful before, during and after our stay. We loved our stay so much, we hope to be back again later this year! ##### Michelle P.
