Located on Scenic Gulf Drive, this vacation rental is in the perfect location near to the beach, dining, shopping, and the central hub of the Destin/Miramar Beach area. There is no shortage of things to do while on vacation here! In addition to being across the street to the beach, La Terrazza also offers a community pool. This 4 bedroom townhome accommodates up to 12 guests in spacious bedrooms and large living spaces. The first floor boasts a living room, a kitchen, a dining area, a king bedroom, and a full bathroom. Beachy décor and bright white walls enhance the openness of the first floor. The living room is a great place to gather together and enjoy a show or movie on the flat-screen television that also has a Blu-ray player. Spread out on the two sofas or the leather recliner, or sofa chair. Just off of the living room is the kitchen, which is complete with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and cabinets fully stocked with plates and kitchenware. The large kitchen island provides additional counter space and a bar with seating for four. A dining area hosts a formal dining table for eight. You can also enjoy a private patio with a grill and seating for four. The first-floor bedroom is perfect for anyone wanting to avoid stairs, such as couples with infants and elderly guests. The second floor hosts the remaining three bedrooms and a laundry closet with a full size side by side washer and dryer. The master suite resides at the end of the hall, providing privacy, an en-suite bathroom, and a king bed. There is also a flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray player available in this room. The other two bedrooms on the second floor include a guest room with a queen and full beds and a bunk room with a pair of twin-over-twin bunks ideal for children. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom and a flat-screen television while the bunk room offers an additional Blu-Ray player. There are two parking spaces. Golf carts are not allowed. It was very roomy, beautifully decorated, and an amazing location. Everything was just as pictured on the listing. The beach is literally across the street and the pool was a hit with the kids. We received 2 calls checking in on us, so that was nice to know that they were concerned about our happiness with the place. The only negative that resulted in the 4/5 cleanliness is that our comforter in the master bedroom needed to be washed (we handled ourselves) and all the rugs in the house need to be cleaned. I realize this is a tricky thing to handle and can’t be done weekly but they still need to be in some type of cleaning rotation. It was so nice that everyone had their own bathroom and we never felt crowded at all. We had so much fun and the location was perfect and just steps away from the beach. Dirty barbecue grill, all of the different room's rugs weren't clean and living room couches were dirty with lots of stains. The property is excellent and laid out well. We had 10 people and never felt like we were crowded. My only complaint is the community pool. It didn't seem to be filtering like it should. The condo is beautiful and the only downside was the non-functioning clothes dryer. Lisa who works for the management company was outstanding and did her best to make our stay memorable.
