We paid for the use of such and were told there was no contingency. Therefore a family of 5 had only a four seater cart. We were not offered a rental or a partial refund, which should have been the least they could have done, as stated it was part of the rental. We do understand accidents happen, however the owner/rental company should have a plan. Also the rental company provided us with absolutely no information on which pools we had the right to use or any info on the surrounding area. Although we did receive 4 emails telling us not to have trash out other than 6-9 am to avoid any fees. This house literally has everything you could ever need and is better equipped than my actual home! Beautiful decor, tall ceilings, and at night you can hear the beautiful song of frogs? Cicadas? from the master balcony that overlooks the fountain/pond. There is a tunnel that goes under the main road for easy golf cart access to the beach. I wish I could live in this house. The listing disclosed 3 bedrooms but we didn’t note all bedrooms were upstairs (a very narrow staircase with luggage). If you prefer a downstairs master, consider another property in Villa Lago.
