Exceeded expectations
They really undersold this listing! The view, location, and amenities were all better than we expected! We enjoyed it so much we ended up adding a night. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. This is a gated condo community with amazing staff and amenities. This particular suite was on the top floor with an amazing ocean view. The sun rise is directly lined up with the balcony and the sun sets across from the front door. The walk to the beach is under 5 minutes and easy but you can also call for a quick shuttle if you want. On top of everything the property offers, this is the best location because it is the last resort on the east end of the beach. You can walk for miles and it's not crowded/over run with business. Everything east of the property is a preservation (Tops'l Hill State Park) To the west you have the entire city of Destin. We bounced around all week and only spent a quarter tank of gas.

The stay was phenomenal! The property manager was great, check in was easy, the view was breath taking, the room is as described! We loved the jetted tuna! I would definitely recommend and stay again! Mother’s Day weekend and my boyfriends birthday was amazing! I loved this property

Overall stay was okay. Phone in room did not work which wasn't a big deal for us; refrigerator need to be defrosted; deal breaker for us was how uncomfortable the bed was. We booked a 4 night stay & did not have one night of rest & relaxation. The bed is just lumpy; uncomfortable & slept awful.

Last minute
We had a bad experience at a property in Destin. We found Tops’L at the last minute. It worked great for my wife and I. The only issue with the condo was the closet doors are In need of repair and the carpet could be cleaned.
