Tops'l Tides 301 is a two bedroom, two bath condominium in the Tides building with views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, two resort beachside swimming pools, and an upscale resort restaurant/bar facility right on the beach! Tops'l is a beautifully landscaped paradise resort, popular year around, located next to the Tops'l Preserve in Miramar Beach, and has private security, several resort restaurants, and numerous clay tennis courts. Tides guests have their own private tennis and pickleball courts, miniature golf, shuffleboard, and the Tides private swimming pool with a toddler wading pool. Located across the highway from the resort is Baytowne Wharf with its many restaurants, entertainment, shopping and summertime fireworks displays. Tides 301 is a corner unit, with a spacious wrap-around patio seating area. Inside, the family room has a smart TV with cable and free WIFI. The two bedrooms, each with smart TV and cable, sleep a total of 6 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the guest bedroom has a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds. We absolutely loved our stay here. It was beautifully decorated. Our view was spectacular. The pool and beach were super convenient. We had everything that we needed at our disposal. The poolside bar served delicious drinks. There was plenty of parking. The unit was very clean with nice decor, the kitchen was perfect for our family with everything we needed. This was our first time to stay in 301, but we loved it. (The only recommendation I would have is… get a new couch.) We would certainly stay here again! It was literally spotless!!! The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The view is great, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. We even got to enjoy live music from the pool one evening! :) We loved the convenience of having the stairs to quickly get to the pool and the beach - everything was very close. The first 4 days our daughters were there with us and it was their first time seeing the ocean and being on the beach! They loved it so much! This condo was so convenient being steps away from the beach and pool! We were happy to find they even had things available for the beach too! We did leave a couple boogie boards so hopefully another family can get some good use outta them!! The last few days my husband and I were able to spend some time together and celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary! The communication with the property management was wonderful. Jul 30, 2023 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### A few things to know before you go It a typical beach condo BUT HOA has way too many rules and limitations for vrbo users. For example, you can’t use the beach with umbrella even if you rent there unless you OWN the place. You have to go 1 mile out to set your umbrella(beach is guarded by security against invaders like vrbo people- meaning us). Want to rent one of theirs umbrellas? Good luck, they are almost 95 percent reserved all the time. Also it is a hike to go to beach. From your condo to the beach takes around 15 min if you are pulling a cooler or beach dolly. If you are pulling a dolly or cooler you will be dead before you arrive. If you don’t have kids it is ok place. With kids, it is near torture to enjoy the beach.
