I asked property manager to turn on and he did come and do so- told me there was a charge. I wasn't happy but accepted due to the fact that we all have back issues, and this was taken in consideration when booking that there was a jacuzzi. It worked that night and the next two days it did not work. I called to let him know it was not working, He said yes, I came and turned it off but never asked or told me. He did come and turn back on. I get a bill in the amount of 375.00 for the use. To me this was not communicated in your listing, and I should not have to pay it however I did log in to pay and there is nowhere for me to pay. Frustrating to say the least. ##### Julie H.
