From the breathtaking northward views of South Walton to Choctaw Bay, there is so much natural beauty to take in before even stepping inside condo 0906\. Once inside, the cheery interior featuring vibrant colors, cool tile floors and lots of windows quickly becomes the perfect nest to roost in during a Destin, FL beach vacation. High up above it all, the panoramas of the Gulf of Mexico below are oh so captivating! It's truly relaxing to rest on the terracotta balcony and watch the dolphins play. This cozy rental is so spacious and ready to please that the fully stocked kitchen, flat screen TVs in the Master Suite and living area and loads of amenities will keep everyone in your flock chirping happily. In fact, your little birds may never want to fly away once they see the three Hidden Dunes pools, the amazing tennis center, the walking trails, and the basketball and horseshoe courts all blended in lush foliage. The location is yet another perk! Staying in Hidden Dunes means that the beach is in your backyard and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall is practically in the front yard. Plus, grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses and anything else you might need are right around the corner. Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two. 2 CAR MAXIMUM IN JUNE AND JULY. NO VISITOR GUEST PARKING AVAILABLE. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25\. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 with 3 teens. Newman Daiky was extremeley responsive and even checked in after our first day to make sure everything was good. We had 1 issue with the cable box going on and they showed up that day with a quick fix. The only thing I could complain about is that I wish the hot tub was a little hotter and more bubbly. We love the community, very quiet and easy access to the beach. Pickleball and tennis on site is a big plus for us. The end unit added to the amazing views. The elevators were quick and reliable. The gated community was really nice and in a convenient area. My group of teenagers were able to walk down the road for pizza and up the beach to a beach side restaurant for lunch. They also used the pickle ball courts. The condo was just as advertised with the exception of the number of people it could accommodate. The listing says 8 but there is also a pull out couch and two cots available allowing for four more people. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to know. The teenagers and I found the mattresses super comfortable but they were a little too soft for my husband. I love that a set of beach chairs and umbrella was included! The beach chair service guys were helpful and accommodating. They place the chairs so that everyone has a view of the water instead of stacking them in rows. The rooms were clean and decorated pretty and we were on the beach and I’m not knocking the rooms just the buildings ability to function. If I owned the condo I’d be on the people who handle the upkeep of the building. ##### Kristy H. Access to the unit was just a few steps from the elevators and parking. Since it was an end unit chairs and beach toys outside were not in the way. Concierge beach service was very nice. My favorite thing about it was the amazing view from two directions in the living room! Just beautiful! My next favorite thing about staying here was the convenience to parking. Having a parking garage is really nice, and once you park, if you count the number of steps you take to the unit, it won’t be many! It was so quick and easy to get to and from our vehicles in our nice covered parking! We were also able to leave our beach chairs and floats right outside the door as it is kind of hidden at the end of a short hallway. The kitchen was well-stocked which was really nice. There was even a mixer which I used to whip up a yummy treat! The blender was on its last leg, and with one quick phone call, they replaced it the same day! The bathrooms were nice sized-not too small as in some units. Overall, unit 906 was fantastic. Although trivial to most, the only reason that I didn’t give it 5 stars is that I feel that the decor needs updating a little, especially in the bedrooms (bunk room mostly). Honestly, with a little update, this unit would be a 5+ star unit, hands down! ##### Sherry B. The condo was conveniently located on a less busy part of the beach and we had a spectacular view of the sunrise and sunset each day from our west corner unit 9th floor balcony. We all liked the layout including 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The kitchen was well-stocked with what we needed. We will stay here again. ##### Lisa o. Beautiful beach vistas can be seen from the master bedroom windows. Though the condo was built in 1985, it is still in good shape. The grounds are nice and well-maintained.
