It is a short walk via the private beach access path, past 3 houses to the sugary white beach and beautiful blue water. Enjoy the sunset, or an early morning coffee walk along the beach. We can sleep 14, but prefer 8 adults and 6 children since we have 2 King rooms + 2 Queen rooms + 3 Bunk beds (sleeps 6 children). \*\* Including DisneyPlus via Roku! (Enjoy great movies like Star Wars, Moana, Home Alone, National Geographic, Toy Story, Cars, Frozen, Mufasa, and many more!) (If you are in your 20’s and looking to party, this not the house for you. We are best suited for families.) The space Located in the lovely Gulfside Cottages, our streets are lined with white-picket-fences. Our home is located at the end of the cul-de-sac (closest to the beach) and ideal for families! Next to our home is the private pathway from the front door to the sugary sand of the Emerald Coast! We make it easy to go back-and-forth to the beach just steps away. In the other direction we are a short walk (less than 2 minutes) to community pool. (The community pool is heated from March 1 to Easter every year.) Conveniently located near a grocery store, Chick-fil-a, Starbucks, Whataburger & the Silver Sands Outlet Mall! There is a Bass Pro Shop in one direction, and a Pottery Barn in the other direction. This is the best shopping around! Lots of fun beach toys now fill our carport, including boogie boards, shovels, buckets, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Cook burgers on the outdoor grill with Adirondack chairs to recline in. Additionally, we have an outdoor shower at the back of the house to wash off the sand & sunscreen after a day at the beach. After a long day at the beach unwind with an iconic movie on DisneyPlus, such as Star Wars, Moana, Home Alone, National Geographic, Toy Story, Cars, Frozen, Mufasa, and many more! Freshly renovated. All mattresses are double encased in mattress protectors. Both AC Units have been completely replaced in 2023 to keep you cool! Plus, we have added an AC window unit to the 3rd floor. The kitchen has granite countertops and stone backsplash. The kitchen is well stocked with pot/pans and everything you need to cook up a great dinner. We have a regular drip coffee maker & a Keurig. Please remember to bring your own coffee. House is 3 levels. The first level has 2 King Bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom, and 2 full bathrooms. The second level is the living room, kitchen, laundry room, wrap around porch, and 1 Queen Bedroom plus a full bathroom. Top level is a kid’s area with 3 Bunk Beds (sleeps 6) and a TV. We also include 2 Pack-n-Plays for babies. We have ample parking and can easily fit 3-4 cars. No boats, RV’s or trailers please. Additionally, there is a loft on the 3rd level with a balcony, as well as an outside balcony on the 1st and 2nd levels. All stairs have rails to hold onto, and the balcony has a 4-foot wall. We no longer accept guests under the age of 25 due to damages they have caused. Security Deposit Required acknowledgement - If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $800. By renting this property, you agree to waiver any injuries. The owner is not responsible for injuries. The number of guests is limited to 14 as per the maximum of the square footage allowed by Walton County & the State of Florida regulations. Florida’s beach warning flag program provides flags of 4 colors displayed at the beach. Please be sure to follow the flag warnings. The location and roominess of the house was great it was clean and had nice furniture and decor. 10/10 the first day returning from dinner in the dark the front door code would not allow for access with 14 guest stuck outside.there was a long delay but not unreasonable for the host to contact us back. Luckily for us one of the other doors was left unlocked because the front door was not opening.I volunteered to the owner to put batteries in it but it would not function. making the house unsecured the rest of the trip besides locking it from the inside. The next day the house felt warm and I was in communication with the owner and it was thought we didn't use a portable a/c unit that was provided for the upmost bunk house.But we did. When the technician came the house 2nd and third floors were @79 degrees and higher on the upper floor in the middle of summer. It turns out the unit's filter was so dirty it collapsed and the unit was caked with dirt. this called for a major clean out.we delt with higher than 75-80 degree temps on the living room and kitten floors (2nd floor). Also the washer and dryer was old and in need of replacement. Which the owner said they noticed it in January when they were there and hoped it would make it through the next year before replacing. So we had no place to refresh towels and bathing suits besides natural drying and hand washing for 14 people. Ran out of characters. ##### Pete l.
