You'll love the furnished balcony area with stairs leading down to the ground level - a great place to relax and enjoy the views of the lake and the golf course. This vacation rental has a very calm, contemporary feel throughout with terrific upgrades like granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the well-equipped, full kitchen. The living area offers nicely coordinated furniture as well as a large TV. The dining table seats everyone, and there are barstools at the breakfast bar for additional seating options. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, well-coordinated furnishings, three great windows with beautiful views, and an oversize closet. The first guest bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, while the second guest bedroom offers two twins. This vacation rental is located just a couple miles from fantastic Gulf Coast beaches. For incredible shopping and dining options as well as outstanding kids activities and a vibrant nightlife, the Village at Baytowne Wharf is less than a mile from this home. Up for more adventure? Head south to the Emerald Coast Parkway and drive eastward to go shopping at Grand Boulevard at Sandestin, or head west for the soft white sands of Miramar Beach. RESORT AMENITIES \-Pool \-Tennis court THINGS TO KNOW Two sofabeds in the living area serve as additional sleeping arrangements. A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and makes several stops around the resort. There is an app that can be downloaded to track the tram, as well. Your property does not allow motorcycles, rental golf carts, boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles/buses. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. The property was reasonable and pet-friendly. We could tell from the dog odors that a large dog usually stays there. We love our dogs but it is a small dog and we are not used to dog odors, so I wished there had been a flame less Scentsy warmer or something to knock down the odor. It was not horrendous, just average. What disappointed is was the lack of truthfulness of Vacasa is dealing with an issue when we checked in around 10:15pm at night. They were not honest, did not resolve an issue that explicitly stated for us to call if we were missing items. They didn’t return texts. They didn’t resolve it in the morning. They never called back when they said they would. And the left something under our door after 7pm the following evening without notifying us. We could not take advantage of the resort opportunities due to their failure addressing the issue. It also threw us off schedule and we should not have been spending time texting Vacasa nor calling them but Kate as be enjoying our brief weekend there. It made the setting feel cheap and completely lacking in the service industry. It caused an issue also with another Sandestin employee who also faced confusion at his job and he explained these issues happen too often with the vrbo/Vacasa properties yet neither group has address these issues. Because he read our email agreement, he took the matter into his own decision to hone or the email agreement that the homeowner and Vacasa and Sandestin fail to address. ##### Lynnette C. Séjour de 4 nuits en juillet 2022 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Fabiola R. 7 juill. 2022 Points faibles : Propreté #### DO NOT STAY IN A PROPERTY MANAGED BY VACASA We arrived on June 26th, the AC stopped working the next day (Monday 6/27), the temperature reached 91 degrees inside the townhome. We called VACASA and they sent someone out the next day (Tuesday, 6/28) to take a look. The person was unable to resolve the issue after trying several things ( he works for VACASA). In order to make the place less uncomfortable, they offered a portable AC unit. These units are super loud and only offered 7500 BTU in a 1700sf place. I told them that the single unit was unacceptable since this property is a townhouse with 3 bedrooms, two floors and had 4 adults staying there. They brought another similar unit. The placed one in the first floor and the second one in the master bedroom. No matter what we tried, the temperature was only decent in the bedroom or living room next to the unit. We slept in one bedroom and the couches in living room for two nights. They scheduled a professional for Wednesday who finally showed up at 3:00 pm and fixed the problem by replacing the capacitor. Our check out date was Thursday, 6/30\. After calling multiple times to VACASA, I found out the compensation they are offering for “our trouble” IS ONLY GOING TO BE $100… for a place we paid way more. Keep in mind we were subjected to stay in either bedroom or living room, half of our time there, $100 just doesn’t cut it. I have yet to hear from the local manager. There was zero communication from her. I was aware of the updates through the constant calling to their customer service. I have stayed in other places before, where things break. The property managers have always been professional, apologetic and kept me updated when issues were to be resolved. I didn’t get that here, at all. Save the trouble and your money and don’t stay in property managed by VACASA. ##### Fabiola R. It is easy to get wherever you need to in the area from here. The nearby pool was very clean. With Baytown wharf within walking distance, this location is hard to beat if you want to go catch a meal without venturing out in the 98 traffic. Overall we enjoyed ourselves! ##### RHODES R. A few things need better directions to access things within the property couldn't get to the pool area for the kids had no idea on how to catch the tram for the beach. also the dining room table needs to be cleaned under the glass it was just too many particles under there walls need to be repainted.
