The location of the condo is good, close to restaurants and shopping and it has a beautiful view. It is the neighborhood that got 3 stars. This used to be a nice quiet place for families, but last year and this year felt more like a college spring break trip. Kids driving up and down the street until 2am honking their golf cart horns, blaring their music and screaming on the sidewalks out front. We loved this condo but might need to find a more quiet neighborhood for future vacations. ##### Lindee S. This property is not only beautiful, peaceful and fun, it in convenient with easy in and out hassle free parking, an elevator ride to beach access and views for miles. The renovation is gorgeous, the layout is amazing for families and I love that the room with 2 beds are not twin beds. The AC was perfect and never let us down, which can happen in condos/hotels, the towels were plush and the coffee was hot. We have been to the 30A area multiple times, we were here for a week of World Series Youth Baseball and would choose the Majestic Sun for our family of 4 plus Grandma over and over again. Don't second guess this location or this condo...Book Now. You won't regret it. ##### chelsea h. This corner unit looks right out onto the ocean but also has extra windows on the side! I loved being able to not only have a clear view of the ocean but also a view of the pond from the kitchen window and more side views of the ocean and surrounding area. Lots of natural light. Stan the PM has thought of everything you may need on your trip. We traveled over Easter and they had 36 Candy filled plastic eggs hidden throughout for our kiddos to find so thoughtful. There was a welcome basket of snacks and the few questions I had for Stan while we were there and before we arrived, he always had a response to me within 15-20 minutes. I definitely will be going back and wanting to stay in this exact condo in the future. The beaches and sand are exquisite, so soft and cool, not rocky or hot. Thanks Stan for being such a fabulous host PM for us while in Miramar Beach. ##### Ashley B. Lots of room for family to stay together, but still have space. Beach chairs and toys for extra fun. Tastefully decorated and super clean. Would stay here again for sure!
