This home has been fully renovated in refreshing tones and soothing colors throughout. New owners have updated the functionality of the property with dressers, end tables, more seating in the living room and lamps. You are going to love this home and it's updates.  
  
The décor’ in each room has been handpicked with carefully detailed original lamps, lighting and artwork. Of course true to traditional southern style and comfort there is even a wraparound porch to sit and enjoy the neighborhood and magical sounds of nature. If you appreciate the finer things in life, then this home is for you because you will truly appreciate this remodeled kitchen with quartez countertop, high-end stainless steel appliances, lighted cabinets and luxury finishes.  
  
There is plenty of room for everyone with three spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master king suite on the second floor boasts a panoramic bay view for your enjoyment. There are 4 large screen smart TV’s including a 65” 4K smart TV in the living room with Cable, Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video and Pandora available for streaming (don’t forget to sign out your accounts before checking out ). Also included is a Family Sound-bar with Bluetooth capability. Free wifi with wireless high speed internet connections.  
  
You may even want to forget the car keys and take advantage of the 6 passenger golf cart to explore all the resort has to offer from Baytowne Village to movies and shopping at Grand Boulevard. You can go to the beach, the beach club, golf courses or even buy groceries also accessible within the resort. You may also enjoy exploring the resort on bikes or if you are looking for some family fun and relaxation you are welcome to use one of board games located in the living room hutch. For added security the exerior of this home/neighborhood has video monitoring.  
This property will allow hypo-allergenic dogs under 20lbs with approval and pet fee.  
  
The neighborhood pool is heated during the winter holidays. This house also has access to the Phil Hummel SOA pool which is heated year round.  
  
The Laurel Grove clubhouse and fitness center are only a few steps away, provides a large pool, shaded arbors, adjoining hot tub & gas BBQ grill with a full kitchen for poolside dinners and restrooms. All of this combines to make the perfect vacation spot only 1 1/2 miles from the vibrant Village of Baytowne Wharf complete with shopping, dining and nightlife. The Resort has a private beach with a beach side restaurants often accompanied by a local live band.  
  
There are also 4 championship golf courses within the resort in addition to the world class tennis courts. There is even a grocery, clothing and restaurants nearby Grand Boulevard Mall attached to the resort, including miles of running /walking /rollerblading / bike riding trails throughout the resort with a lighted tunnel under the highway for total resort access.
