The only down fall was the access for this property to the beach was it only had steps. You could walk a little further down to the beach entrance but with little kids it was too much. It is well stocked with everything you need, beds were comfortable, and it was very clean. This is a great location and the private beach was great. The beach access is stairs only so keep that in mind if you plan on bringing a wagon or anything on wheels. Some areas do not allow tents on the beach but we were able to set ours up with no problem. When we went to rent 2 sets (600.00) we were told it would have to be cash. We were not prepared with 600.00 in cash. Luckily our other family members had enough cash to rent them. The unit was clean, with a seamless check in process.
