This lovely condo has a kitchen to prepare a delicious meal, a private balcony, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. This 2BR/2BA condo sleeps 6 with a queen in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. With only a short stroll to gated beach access and a prime location in the heart of Miramar Beach, Ciboney 2012 is the perfect spot for your next beach vacation! Ciboney Condominiums is a complex of vacation rentals just across the street from Miramar Beach. Its amenities include gated beach access, a seasonally heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, an outside rinsing facility, and a grilling area. You'll be a block from world-famous Pompano Joe's, where you can get the freshest fish and a tropical drink right on the beach. Jet ski, parasailing, and paddle board rentals are located on the beach there as well. The Bed Setup Master Bedroom: Queen Bed Guest Bedroom: 2 Twin Beds Living Room: Sleeper Sofa Area Attractions: Ciboney is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, and a park with pop-up fountains at its center. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017\. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. A short walk and you are on the beach, albeit a very steep stairway and codes on the door that changed WITHOUT notice, it was easy to get to the beach. The condo was nice and clean. We only heard the neighbors a couple of times and were woke up with dogs barking on a couple of days. The last morning we were woke up with the smoke alarm going off. After turning off the alarm it went off again on 15mins then 15 mins after that. Until I finally took it off the wall and put the stupid thing outside. The window in the smaller bedroom really needs a curtain put up as the lights outside shine brightly all night through the spaces in the Venetian blind.
