The bad: the condo next door was having its tile floors removed; my god, from 8:00 to 5:pm was total deafening noise from the power tools used to scrape up the existing tile; this went on for 8 days. The ugly: we called the management company to perhaps get an email address for the owners, to perhaps get some type of refund; we received nothing but, it wasn’t their fault, blah, blah blah…needless to say we left early because of the noise.
