If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017\. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. It was very clean too. It was slightly smaller than the pictures suggest, but cozy. The pool is very small for the condo (pictures are deceiving) and stays pretty packed if a couple families are there. Only issue we had was there weren't any blankets in the entire condo. Very relaxing decor. Cons: -We never made it to the pool, but it was very crowded every time we walked by. -Parking was a pain - only 1 vehicle per condo. When you have a 3 bedroom condo, wouldn't you expect more than 1 vehicle to be coming? Realjoy had the perfect spot to accommodate 8 of us adults, including hubby, my dad, 2 of my boys-thir girlfriend and the oldests fiance'. We had plenty of room to spread out. The place was beautiful. Minutes walk to the beach. We requested more dish towels and that was promptly honored. Beds/pillows were comfy. Loved having a shower & bath.
