The Space: The first floor: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and a separate dining area. A living area big enough for the whole family to relax. A downstairs bedroom with a queen size bed, a flat screen TV, a full-size bathroom with shared hallway access, a lovely patio in a wooded setting, and a gas grill. The second floor: A master bedroom with a king size bed, a twin-size bed with an additional twin size trundle bed pullout, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. A set of twin size bunk beds (child size) are located in the hallway outside this room. A third bedroom with a queen size bed, full size bathroom with shared hallway access, and a private balcony. Guest Access: Parking: There will be two parking passes issued that will be left in the unit for your stay. Scooters, mopeds, motorcycles, bikes, golf carts, or trailers of any kind are not permitted to park at the property. The Neighborhood: Miramar Beach Villas is an exclusive townhome community located along Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, FL. We were able to walk to the beach in 3-5 minutes. The pool area was well kept and had plenty of seating, a shower, a women’s restroom, and a men’s restroom. The set up with three beds/baths as well as a bunk bed nook allowed our family to have their own privacy. I wish we could have sat down to watch a movie all together but there is only seating for 5 on the couch. There is enough seating if you include the kitchen table and bar area but sitting there and watching a movie isn’t the most comfortable. We were also told we would have a “stocked“ coffee bar but there was no coffee upon arrival. The advertised jetted tub was not working which was a disappointment. Overall our family really enjoyed this rental and would love to stay again when we are ready to return to Destin! ##### Jeanie C.
