Beautiful 3 bedroom house on a gated street with a private beach. Gulf Views from the deck. Located right by the outlet mall and Sandestin Resort. The yard is huge. Great yard to host a wedding reception. Accommodations include laundry room, kitchen, family room, and an amazing master suite. This house is located at the end of the road on a gated street. There is absolutely no traffic. The only one driving by is you!! The top floor is a luxurious 1 bedroom very spacious setup. The lower level must be accessed by exterior stairs. Our experience with the cleaning and maintenance staff was awesome. It's very private for being in a densely populated area. We loved having the big yard for the kids to throw football and play in. The beach was fantastic. A couple of things to note: The is NO hot tub or pool. It can be confusing because the listing shows a hottub in pictures and your contract will mention both a pool and a hottub. The home is set up almost like a duplex with a downstairs unit and an upstairs unit. Note that the upstairs (main) part only has a king bed and twin bunks so if you have more than 2 kids keep in mind they will have to sleep in an area that is separate from you with its own entryway. The upstairs could use a bigger sofa. a small sectional would be perfect. There isn't much room to sit around as a group during meals unless you eat outside. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would for sure book this property again. ##### Julie D. The owner showed up Saturday morning evicted us and would not answer my phone calls. He then emailed me and said it didn’t matter if my mom was there or not he didn’t allow chaperoned guests or kids on spring break. I think this is a scam to get people to rent. The house sleeps 13 but no chaperoned guests? And spring break runs from March to April so why do you even rent those times if you don’t want people on Spring Break. Short 1 minute walk from the driveway to the beach. The beds were very comfortable, the ice maker made ice all week which was a big plus. It was also very nice to have 2 refrigerators in the house. It was nice to sit out on the balcony every morning and see the ocean while drinking our coffee. We would definitely stay here again. ##### rachelle e. The house was clean and in good condition. It is the perfect set up for multiple families to have their own privacy yet still social together.
