The spacious, one bedroom, one and half baths have a washer and dryer and is loaded with all of the amenities you will need for a memorable vacation on the Emerald Coast. The unit has a King in the Master and hall bunks that the kids would love. This unit is a guest favorite and features beautiful views straight ahead as well as coast line views as well! Majestic Sun is situated between Destin and Sandestin and the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall!! Relax in knowing that you will enjoy a clean, well kept condo through us! All Majestic Sun units featured a private balcony overlooking the sugary white sands of the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen w/ all modern appliances and all the general items you'll need to cook in your home away from home! This unit rents Saturday to Saturday only with a 5 night minimum during Spring Break, Peak Summer, and Fall Break. Each guest will receive up to 2 free parking passes. Each additional parking pass will cost the guest $10 which is payable by cash only. Guest will be required to pay for the extra parking pass upon arrival. I will say that this condo has had a major update and is much nicer than pictured! The property location and communication with property manager were great. The dishwasher was not working and supposed to be replaced while we were there but they brought the wrong size dishwasher. Then when we went to wash our towels and some clothes we discovered the dryer did not work. Dryer had still not been fixed when we checked out. We were not informed of either issue in advance. The location is great and condo was nice we just had some inconveniences that we could have been informed about ahead of time. ##### James B. Left everything inside condo and it is coded. Texted and emailed all information prior to arriving. Had temporary pass ready at security booth to park. Covered parking garage with plenty of parking.
