With views of the Choctawhatchee Bay and 18-hole golf course from the front door and spectacular views of the Emerald Coast and Stewart Lake from the back door you may never want to leave. This newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has it all including an additional bunk room that is perfect for the kids to have their own space. This spacious floor plan has 9-foot tall ceilings with 8-foot tall sliding glass doors for wonderful ocean views from both the living room and the master suite. It has new furnishings and new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the entire condo. The master suite features a king size bed with ocean views, balcony access, 58 inch smart TV, soaking tub, separate shower, and his and her sinks. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a 43 inch smart TV, and a private entrance to the second bathroom. The third bedroom is a small bunk room with twin size bunk beds allowing the entire condo to sleep up to 6 guests. Granite counter tops, stainless-steel appliances, and a new Keurig coffee pot are all part of the nicely equipped kitchen for you to enjoy all of your meals as a family. Ariel Dunes 1 is located in the center of the 300 acre Seascape Resort on the beach and without all of the road noise. The rear of the building has spectacular view of the 18-hole Seascape Golf Course and Choctawhatchee Bay and the front of the building is facing the Emerald Coast of the Gulf Ariel Dunes 1 has 3 large private pools. One of the pools is heated during the off season. Another one is a zero entry and has a mushroom fountain for the kids. There are 3 other pools at the resort available to our guest. The spectacular amenities include 2000 feet of private beach, 6 pickleball courts, an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, basketball courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center, water sports rental, bike rentals, and live entertainment at the Cabana Café. Or you can dine beach side at Whale’s Tail Bar & Grill just right across the street. The new Seascape Towne Center is located within the Seascape Resort and features shopping, dining, games, and live entertainment. The Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s largest designer outlet with over 100 name brand stores, is located just 1.5 miles from Ariel Dunes. Or you can check out the Grand Boulevard Town Center. It is a high end retail shopping center located just 3 miles down the Emerald Coast Parkway from the Ariel Dunes. There are many other nearby complexes such as Destin Commons, which include restaurants and shopping. Stunning views from bedroom and living room, enormous balcony. Close to great outlet mall and almost across the street from the beach, which was itself absurdly perfect. I miss it every day. This rental was exactly what it looked like in the listing. The only criticism would be the cleanliness - it was clean, but could have been a little cleaner in certain areas. The king size bed did not have a comforter on it. It was folded up and in the closet. The queen size bed did have a comforter on it but it was wrinkled as if it was poorly cleaned. There was hair in the freezer ice machine too. The only other complaint I have is the quality of provided toilet paper and paper towels. We left some of ours there for the next guest and it was certainly a nicer offering. The pools were lovely, clean and not too busy. The location is a short walk to the beach. My children enjoyed the soaking tub in the master bathroom. Parking was easy and close to the entrance. ##### Amy E. Has everything for a perfect stay. The condo is spotless and recently remodeled. It offered plenty of space for my family and has a large balcony with an amazing panoramic view of the gulf that's about a 5 minute walk away. The grocery store is close by which enabled us to make use of the fully stocked kitchen (nothing beats a home cooked breakfast while gazing at the beach from the balcony!) The property itself was great. Plenty of parking and an on-site restaurant that offered some night life entertainment. There are some large pools and other amenities available but we spent most of our time in the sand. Although the first day was met with horrible weather (thanks, Mother Nature) there was plenty to do within a short drive. Among other things, Bass Pro Shops is right up the road and a children's arcade with an awesome laser tag setup and ice-cream shop is just outside the gate to the property. There are board games and cards in the condo as well. I got smoked in Yatzee by my 8 year old but had a great time anyway. :) Where do I begin with the beach? It's picture perfect. The bright soft sand is the best I've experienced. Not to sound too hokey, but it's like the ones you used to see on postcards. I'm accustomed to East-Coast sandy beaches so this was a highlight for me. There is a restaurant and bar both within easy walking distance on the beach (185 steps but who's counting.) Chairs and umbrella's can be rented each day if desired but I don't know what they cost. Overall, I don't think there was one aspect of our stay that wasn't well above average. We will be staying here again for sure! ##### Mark T.
