Full size sleeper sofa, and loveseat sleeper sofa. Balcony from kitchen overlooks the pool. Two bedrooms upstairs both with queen beds, large closets, and private baths. One bath with stand up shower, the other with tub and shower. TV's in both bedrooms. Washer and Dryer in hallway on second floor. The rental had beach chairs,wagon, toys and even a small cooller to use. This saves a lot of for those who fly instead of drive. I would certainly stay again.
