The decor's neutral colors and textures reflect the natural beauty of the surrounding bay and beautiful Emerald Coast waters. You will love the location - less than a 5-minute walk to the Baytowne Wharf shops, entertainment, and restaurants. The sparkling lagoon-style swimming pool, smaller relaxing pool, and hot tubs are just downstairs. The stunning private Sandestin® beach is a short tram ride away. Stylish, yet designed with comfort in mind, this Lasata condo is in the center of it all! "Fresh and relaxing" describes the living area that offers plenty of seating, including a sleeper sofa and oversized armchair. For a picture-perfect view of the Choctawhatchee Bay and the Baytowne Wharf marina, step onto the secluded, private balcony and relax on one of the many balcony chairs while drinking your favorite beverage. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to serve delicious meals. The dining farm table seats four guests with additional bar seating for three. The master bedroom suite offers a king sized bed under a quiet ceiling fan, a spacious closet and a 35” HDTV. The master bathroom features a double vanity and a soaking tub/shower combo. There is an additional full bathroom with a walk in shower located off the kitchen. For your convenience, our vacation condo offers a stacked washer and dryer, underground private garage parking (for 1 vehicle), elevator entrance and complimentary WIFI. There is also an air mattress for guests. The Village of Baytowne Wharf is a delight for all ages! A 5-minute walk brings you to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip-lining, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time. We are excited for you to enjoy your stay in our premier location at 3502 Lasata, and treat yourself to a memorable beach vacation at Emerald Blue. \*HOA PARKING: The building association for this condo only allows (1) vehicle in the parking garage per reservation. You will be emailed this information prior to your arrival and will be required to pay a $10 parking fee directly to the condo association. Our Condo was in a great location, clean, stocked kitchen, washer & dyer, spacious balcony with a view of the bay and marina boats, 2 bathrooms and a very comfortable bed. The Resort restaurants served great food and had such fun atmospheres and views. It was so great being close to all the restaurants, stores, coffee bars, a close drive to the beach, tropical landscaping views were awesome all over the resort and the walking opportunities were great. We will definitely go back. We rate it 10 out of 10 during our 12 day stay. One minor hiccup in the trip was the gate code QR. It was handled well and we were able to get in the property on time but retrieving the code on line took awhile. ##### Donna D. The unit was nice, nothing fancy but very clean with all the basics to get you through a day or two. The location was great and within Walking distance to Baytown Wharf . Also close to shopping and lots of restaurants. My husband liked that it had two bathrooms. Other plus is unit is very private. We left the curtains open pretty much the whole time. The bed was comfortable (huge plus). The condo grounds were wonderful and relaxing. Having the village right there made for a very relaxing vacation. One huge disappointment was that the pool was not heated. Several people were complaining about it. It felt like ice. We didn’t stay at a beach thinking a pool would be more relaxing. I even asked about the pool being heated. The village had good food. Good music and there was a walking trail. You literally do not need to leave the grounds. One more thing. The entrance and directions were very confusing. These are the types of things that cause divorces. We finally made jt to the garage. But it’s all very confusing and frustrating.
