Upon entry to Huntington by the Sea 107, you are greeted by a fully appointed, well stocked kitchen for home cooked meals or a quick snack to take to the beach. An open dining and living room concept immediately follow, with comfortable seating for guests after a long day at the beach and pool. Sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and the emerald waters welcome you from the living room and spacious balcony with seating for all. Being on the first floor with a baby is very nice, since you can simply walk out and be on your way to the boardwalk. The patio was nice to enjoy and the space has pretty much all that you need. The one big downside is that there aren't laundry machines in the actual unit, but there are public ones available in the condo building (but paid). Besides that, the neighborhood is quiet and a huge perk was having free beach chairs and an umbrella. Great spot and we'd consider coming again! ##### Max A. It needs some updating on appliances. The frig smelled terrible. We bought baking soda and put in it. There was a plastic mattress cover on the mattress that would sweat you to death. It sounded and felt like sleeping on a plastic bag. Porch is never cleaned off. We had to sweep it off to keep from tracking sand in all day. We nicknamed the bed “the diaper bed” because every time you moved it sounded like you were sleeping on a diaper. The other minor things, some of the blinds were broke, stains on the couch and the dining room chair covers. Other than those minor things, we loved our stay. ##### amy s.
