Welcome to Huntington by the Sea 107, a beautiful one-bedroom unit located on the first floor! This recently renovated corner unit has its own private entrance dedicated to this condo. Upon entry to Huntington by the Sea 107, you are greeted by a fully appointed, well-stocked kitchen for home-cooked meals or a quick snack to take to the beach. An open dining and living room concept immediately follow, with comfortable seating for guests after a long day at the beach and pool. Sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and the emerald waters welcome you from the living room and spacious balcony with seating for all. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and calming sunsets directly overlooking the beach! Refresh every night in the comfortable king bed located in the master bedroom, while the kids relax in the queen sofa sleeper located in the living room. Enjoy the beautiful white sands and beach views from both the living room and bedroom. Now Included, Seasonal Beach Service Two Beach Chairs and One Umbrella, March 1st through November 27th. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are not allowed and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property.
