Welcome to Huntington by the Sea 107, a beautiful one-bedroom unit located on the first floor! This recently renovated corner unit has its own private entrance dedicated to this condo. Upon entry to Huntington by the Sea 107, you are greeted by a fully appointed, well-stocked kitchen for home-cooked meals or a quick snack to take to the beach. An open dining and living room concept immediately follow, with comfortable seating for guests after a long day at the beach and pool. Sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and the emerald waters welcome you from the living room and spacious balcony with seating for all. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and calming sunsets directly overlooking the beach! Refresh every night in the comfortable king bed located in the master bedroom, while the kids relax in the queen sofa sleeper located in the living room. Enjoy the beautiful white sands and beach views from both the living room and bedroom. Now Included, Seasonal Beach Service Two Beach Chairs and One Umbrella, March 1st through November 27th. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are not allowed and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. The bed was very comfortable. The texts with the lockbox number were great and the check out information was helpful. We arrived a couple of hours early and were allowed to check in early. An added bonus were the umbrellas and beach chairs that were put out every day. We hadn't expected this. The man who did this every morning, Jessie, was very nice. We gave him a tip on our last day. The plastic mattress over, I understand is necessary to protect the mattress but there has to be a better way!!! We nicknamed the bed “the diaper bed” because every time you moved it sounded like you were sleeping on a diaper. Short walk to the beach. Not crowded. Pretty view from inside the condo. It felt super dirty. There was some sort of fluid, hopefully water, all over the toilet seat when we arrived. The baseboards were caked with dirt and hair. Old hairs stuck to the floor around the corners in the restroom. Lights were covered with grime. What looked like a booger was smeared on the wall in the restroom. The couch and chairs were filthy. Mold all in the shower. Air vents caked with dust. I’m having to revise my post before they’ll let me submit to not include the amount of the cleaning fee, but for the amount they charge for a cleaning fee I would expect more of a detailed clean. It’s an older space, but It felt like we were living in someone else’s filth. The waterproof mattress cover sounded and felt like we were rolling around on a tarp. No response to the message or pictures I sent to the contact on VRBO upon arrival so I’m assuming this is normal for a stay there. Two days later, they did respond to the fact that there wasn’t a remote for the tv and brought us one. Not the worst place, but I can’t say I’d return. ##### Heather S. Jul 9, 2024 #### Beautiful views, daily beach chair & umbrella set up, steps to the beach! We loved this one-bedroom condo! It was perfect for my husband and me. The location was wonderful! The beach is beautiful! We really enjoyed the daily beach chair and umbrella set up. Condo has its own private entrance and is literally steps to the beach! Super close to the grocery store and restaurants. We took a short walk on the beach to the Surf Hut for dinner one night and during the day to get beverages.
