This unique private property includes a pool, luxurious covered outdoor entertainment area with TV and fireplace, an indoor entertainment space with ping pong and foosball tables, and outdoor seating and game areas, all within a private garden setting. Honeybee Bungalows is also a perfect compound for the boaters looking to explore great fishing both in Choctawhatchee Bay or head offshore in the Gulf of Mexico for an experience that will last a life time. The home has enough parking for two boats. \*\*\* Private Splash Pool ​​​​​​​\*\*\* Pet Friendly \*\*\* Luxurious Backyard Entertainment Area \*\*\* Boat Friendly The Main House is a two-story open concept home with a screened in porch, comfortable living area, a dining room with seating for six and additional counter seating for three. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you'll need on your getaway by the sea. There is a full-size washer and dryer, half bath and the primary suite on the first floor. The second level includes two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. The Pool Bungalow is designed similar to a studio with two queen beds, a kitchenette and bathroom. Attached is an indoor entertainment area with ping pong and foosball tables, a full-size refrigerator, a high-top table and access to the outdoor entertainment area and pool. The Carriage House is accessible from the outdoor entertainment area and pool. This property was amazing for our family and friend vacation, and in a great location in south Walton. We were so pleased that there was room for our boat and large SUV’s. House was clean and all beds were very comfortable - loved having king beds! Lots of space to spread out and enjoy privacy, but also offers excellent gathering spaces (pool cabana w TV, BBQ, outdoor seating, etc) and amazing fenced in private grounds! It was also nice having the office space! There is a ton of restaurants and shopping all within a few minutes of the house, and the beach was just a short drive down the road! Highly recommended & can’t wait to come back!! ##### David J.
