This condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas, including the master bedroom! Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands and summer breeze from your private balcony. With this rental, you are provided with 2 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything. Upon entering this 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental condo, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch TV. The sleeper sofa in the living area can accommodate up to 2 guests, in addition to a twin sleeper sofa, which can sleep 1\. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the stainless steel appliances you would need for a home-cooked meal. The dining area can seat up to 4\. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with beautiful views of the Gulf that the Emerald Coast has to offer! The master king suite offers an HDTV, remarkable Gulf views with access to the private balcony, and has its own private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, an HDTV, and an attached bath. This unit conveniently offers a laundry room and sleeps a total of 7. At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more! The pictures is deceiving until you get there, poor lighting in the kitchen no lights over the stove, the kitchen was pretty old and you could not close the kitchens in the living room all the way we had to use a clip to close them. My overall trip to Destin was great except for the condo. People pay to much money for these condos not to enjoy them majestic Sun condos is not like they use to be years ago some of the condos need to be upgraded,my family refuses to stay there they went to Ariel Dunes we been coming to Destin every year for over 20 years and for the last five years we have been disappointed so here you have it,we will be back August the 28- sept 1 girls trip but I’m sorry we cannot book at Majestic Sun. ##### TOMMY G. This was our first time in Miramar Beach and the Majestic Sun was the perfect place for our little family. We loved the beautiful view from the 8th floor and our condo had adequate room for my husband and I, plus our 2yo and my mother. The 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The only things we found wrong were 2 of the outdoor chairs were broken on the patio and some of the outlets throughout didn’t seem to work. The cleaning crew could have done a little better cleaning as the rug in the living room had some leftover sand when we arrived but again overall everything was in great condition. Because of the Hurricane (Sally) the airport was shut down for two days, our flight was cancelled we were forced to figure out how to get to our destination or EAT our money spent , they refused to even let us reschedule our stay! On top of that the Property was dirty, dusty, had a unpleasant odor, A deep cleaning and fresh coat of paint go a long way! The bedding could use updating along with some furnishings, the guest bedroom had a dresser that is TOO big for the room, you could not walk around the bed much less use the dresser, the Master bed also had an armoire that is too big and in the way, useless! The furniture on the balcony is old. I've stayed in much nicer places and paid much less, Professional Pictures are deceiving!
