It is also very quiet and the new pool is fantastic. The only downside is the condo could be a little cleaner, but I can be pretty particular. Doors and cabinetry had visible dirt and food splatter. The vents were covered in dust. And the couches were very stained. It had been updated very nicely, but needs a deep cleaning for sure. The management company and owners were great to work with.
