Shopping, restaurants, mini-golf, go-karts, state parks, and all the attractions of the Emerald Coast are just a short drive away. Onsite amenities include an outdoor pool and gym. Spend the morning on your private balcony, sipping coffee and enjoying the sea breeze. Inside, you’ll find an open floor plan and modern decor with pretty pops of aquamarine. The full, well-equipped kitchen features all the appliances and plenty of counter space, and there’s room for everyone to dine together at the table for six. Even better, step out to the balcony to dine alfresco. After a day on the sand, cool off at home in the central AC. Entertainment options include three TVs, free cable, and free WiFi, ideal for posting those beach pics to social media. End the day as you began, back out on the balcony - but this time toasting your good luck at booking such a sunny escape. THINGS TO KNOW BUILDING CONSTRUCTION: Starting September 1, 2025 - April 29, 2026, the balconies will be undergoing renovations. The project will be phased out in the four buildings. During the course of painting/repairs, there will be construction noise and inaccessibility to parts of the building and balcony. Construction will be scheduled 6 days a week. There could be weather delays during construction. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. This condo was one of the worst we have stayed in. There was a lot of things missing such a kitchen mittens, no scissors, very few kitchen wares, only two kitchen towels. No bed comforters, only thin bed sheets. The fan in the living room didn’t work, the lamps did not work. The remote control for one bedroom controlled both so when our other party turned on their light, our light would also turn on. All of these have been called out before so for them to still be an issue is alarming. The owners or management are not reading reviews or don’t care. The property is amazing, you are in the middle of all things to do and can walk to the outlet mall, ice cream, the beach and shopping just stay at another unit. Every VRBO that we have stayed at always has a little extra stuff such as salt, pepper and even dish soap, this one had 1 tiny dish soap which we used half way through. Don’t get me wrong we don’t expect any of those but it’s always something niceTo see when you check in. Not impressed by this unit. ##### Magnolia L.
