No one was left out from having spectacular views of Sandestin and the Gulf of Mexico. Also, it actually felt as if we had two master bedrooms. This worked out perfectly for our family. The property was extremely clean. Everyone we came in contact with was incredibly polite and friendly. Every amenity was conveniently located. The communication/check-in process was perfect, the host took all the guess work out of the process. They are also very organized and send you a 3rd party app that has all your information prior to your stay. The property itself was beautiful with nice finishes and amazing views of the beach. It was stocked with the basics but you may have to run to a store for a few random things (trash bags, dish washer pods, etc). Sandestin is such a great area. We had 2 kids and 2 teenagers and there was something for everyone! The pool, hot tub and kiddie pool were great when we were tired of the beach. First and second days, water was shut off for a number of hours, preventing us from taking showers before going to dinner. When we returned from dinner on second night, was 2" water standing in part of the condo. Had to move to another unit for one night, then back to this one, then had to move again so they could bring in equipment to dry out the floors and walls. Third unit we were in was smaller and we could not adjust the thermostat because it required a key access code, which the property mgr.s could not give us. I contacted the management property numerous times during and after our stay, hoping for some compensation. I was told repeatedly that someone would be reaching out to me and no one EVER DID! In summary, we paid in advance for service that we did not receive and no one has offered to do anything about it. Very Poorly managed and a very disappointing experience!!! You DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH MY VACATION HAVEN--THEY DO NOT CARE! In addition, VRBO has offered NOTHING for the hassle we went through! ##### Mark P. One issue, the comforter was dirty as well as the sheets. I called the desk and it was replaced promptly. The second issue was the shower clogged with hair and wouldn't drain, maintenance was quick to respond. ##### amanda g. We loved the view from the balcony! The beach and the weather were fantastic and the fireworks display at Sandestin was excellent!! We would definitely rent this place again. Great view of the water/beach. Parking and unloading was easy. There are carts you can take up to your condo. Beds were comfortable. The pool is very nice too and the grounds are well kept and pretty. We wanted to play tennis, but the courts were on the other side of the highway a couple of miles away so that was a bummer. The beach was very pretty. We rented chairs/umbrellas from the company right there on the beach and were a little disappointed that other people could just come with their own chairs/umbrellas and sit right in front of you. It was the best decision we could have ever made. The Westwinds property was perfect for our family! It was centrally locates. It opened up to the beach. We had an awesome view. We enjoyed the Tiki bar and the pool. The staff was great! We are already planning our next vacay and Westwinds is in our plans! 5 star accommodation by far!! ##### Gregory B.
