This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is located on the ground floor of building D with it's own private outdoor patio with seating for 2. Alerio is a gated community with a pool, hot tub and club house for lounging with the pool being heated during winter months. Located on the desirable Scenic Highway 98, Alerio is less than 100 feet from the Geronimo public beach access.

Alerio Resort Condo Rentals offer more than just a white beach. Here, you’ll find yourself surrounded by a family atmosphere with plenty of activities for the parents and the kids. Attractions such as go karts, putt-putt, and bungee jumping can be found in the heart of Destin. There is also a water park called Big Kahunas located on Highway 98. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can take off on a jet ski, or parasail above the Emerald Coastline. Love fishing? Then you’ll want to charter a half or full day of deep sea fishing on one of Destin’s world famous fishing fleet.

No trip is complete without an opportunity to shop. Alerio is less than five minutes from Silver Sands Premium Outlets-home to 110 designer and name-brand outlet stores. Just a short drive down Hwy 98 are the Shoppes at Grand Boulevard in Sandestin featuring boutiques, restaurants, upscale retail shops and a Farmers Market every Saturday with local produce!

The Surf Hut is a short walk down Scenic 98. Pompano Joe’s, Captain Dave's on the Gulf and The Whale's tail Beach Bar & Grill offer outdoor seating with spectacular gulf views that are only a short drive from Alerio as well. If you prefer to cook at home the unit has a fully stocked kitchen and Winn Dixie is just a few blocks away.

SLEEPING ARRANAGEMENTS:
Single floor unit- Master with King, Guest 2 with Queen, Guest 3 with Twin over Full bunk and Twin trundle, Living Room with Queen sofa bed.

• Peak Season - March 1st thru October 31st - Each unit comes with (1) one reserved parking space. You may rent space at the Geronimo RV park for a daily fee to park additional cars.
• Off Season –November 1st thru February 28th- (1)car on the property; parking is open for this time period.

BOOKING POLICY
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00 PM CST.
• Check-Out is by 10:00 AM CST.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25.
