It was a clean and cute rental. Our main issue was the thermostat. It stayed at about 77 degrees the whole week we were there. We set it down to the lowest it would let us (62 I think) but it would not cool. We found a box fan in the closet and had to keep it blowing on us constantly. We would switch it back and forth from the bedroom to living room during day/night. Being 6 months pregnant, it was a little miserable. Being on vacation and trying to enjoy the pool/beach and coming back to 77 degrees is not fun. Especially when you’re paying a couple thousand. Hopefully they can address this because I can’t imagine what it’s like in July/August vs. May when we stayed. It would be a great rental if it weren’t for this issue. I’ll also add, the bedroom tv is not a smart tv. It’s one of the things we were looking for when deciding on a place. So that was a little disappointing. The living room tv is a smart tv, but you can only access Netflix. We had a series on Hulu we were hoping to watch, but it’s not even an option to download the app. Not a huge issue, we just made it a point to look for rentals with smart tvs and it ended up not being what we expected. ##### Joel G. Room was beautiful & extremely clean. Well equipped for cooking. All essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels & bath towels were provided. The only 2 problems was the light switch that controls the lamp in the bedroom was broken & the A/C struggled bad to keep up, stayed around 75 most of the time, had it set on 70\.
