In order to take advantage of this complex's underground parking, guests will, prior to their arrival, need to register for a parking QR code. While 30a Seascapes will pay for this registration process, guests need to sign up and activate it. No oversized vehicles will fit in the underground parking. Assure that 30a Seascapes has your most up-to-date, reliable email address. On the day of your check-in, we will email you a registration. The QR code provided opens the garage gate. Guest is granted one parking pass (for one car per reservation); this pass can be retrieved from the Welcome Center front gate. Once you arrive at the resort, please retrieve a parking pass from security at gate. This pass needs to be visible on your vehicle's dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Vehicles with no pass displayed will be tagged until owner pays a $100 fine to remove the tire tag (similar to a "boot"). If guest requires additional parking, remaining cars may be parked in the Inspiration overflow lot, which can be found at the corner of Baytowne Avenue and Inspiration Way. Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. Jan 2, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Check-in #### Great location within walking distance of Baytown The property was clean and as depicted online. We only stayed one night and the cost/fees were higher than my friends who stayed in the larger room right next door. We had an anxious start to this night because we never received the codes for parking garage or building....and the condo code was received almost an hour after scheduled check in time. However, the owner did eventually respond and resolve this issue. We had a nice stay. ##### Jody A.
