We loved having the golf cart. If you are looking to be close to beach and easy to get to for a large group I wouldn’t suggest this house. Parking at the beach is really difficult. The house is very spacious and perfect on the inside but there isn’t a good hang out spot on the outside for a large group. Just as others have said the pool is tiny and the breakers tripping is a major issue so don’t use the upstairs washer. If you get cold easily like myself bring blankets because they don’t have any in the house and the beds have very thin blankets with no comforters. Overall the house is very clean, spacious, and everything is new but I personally wouldn’t stay again due to the issues I described. ##### Jennifer R. Golf cart to take to the ocean was a huge plus. We enjoyed our stay, but to me it was a little overpriced for what you got. Reached out once to property manager with no reply, thankfully another house guest was able to answer my question. Couldn't use the top floor washer due to breaker tripping. ##### Julie R. Golf cart is a huge plus. Not too far from the beach. The walls really need to be repainted and maybe some deep cleaning like light fixtures, baseboards, etc. Overall it was clean. The house was definitely big enough for all 4 families. Upon arrival the most of the house was clean and ready for us. The first bedroom floor was sticky as if it wasn’t mopped but other than that it was good to go. The location of the house was really great. We spent everyday at the beach and were able to use the golf cart everyday. Which was a plus! We did experience an issue with the AC on day 1 for the first floor but maintenance came out and it was fixed right away. Being that the kitchen and living room are on the second floor, I would definitely caution those who cannot do too many stairs daily because it’s a lot! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! ##### Mireya V. There were 13 girls and this house fit everyone perfectly! It was clean, had many bathrooms, close to the beach, and the girls absolutely loved the golf cart! We had 10 people in the house and we still had our own space. We did have to text about one thing and they responded right away. Definitely would stay again. Also liked that a washer and dryer on the 1st and 3rd floor.
