Our unique, angled, floor plan provides GULF views from all rooms. This is 'NOT' your typical shot-gun style floor plan. All rooms are angled/open with glass doors/windows from ceiling to floor. All rooms open to a huge 28-foot balcony overlooking pool and beautiful GULF. Our unit is very open, large, has 9' ceilings, great 18-inch tile floors. Unique features of this building include air-conditioned interior hallways and enclosed parking. Surfside Resort provides one of the area's most complete array of amenities.   
  
 A huge master bedroom with a king-size bed with GULF view, beautiful furnishings, TV, large lighted walk-in closet, vanity table, and spacious master bath with large glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom with Gulf view has two queen-size beds, TV, balcony access, closet, and full bath with tub/shower.  
  
The LIVING/DINING room has unbelievable views!   
  
Our fully-furnished kitchen includes dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster, fully stocked with dishes, even a crock pot. We have added many personal touches/items. Your every need has been anticipated. We also have washer/dryer and TVs in the living room and bedrooms.   
  
There is plenty of storage to get your bags and 'things' out of your way while you are relaxing. Full linens, bath towels, etc. are also provided. We don't provide beach towels. The huge balcony offers amazing views of the Gulf!  
  
POLICY PROHIBITS RENTALS TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25, OR PETS OF ANY KIND. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT.

#### A break from winter weather

My husband and I traveled to Florida with another couple to golf, relax and recharge. This property is perfect. The views are stunning, the facilities are very nice and we found the owners we met very welcoming. We plan to return and hope to get the same unit.

The condo is in a great location and has an excellent view and quality furnishings. It was a very comfortable and met our needs perfectly. The building is well managed and offered many amenities (pool, hot tub, restaurant, etc.). We highly recommend it.

#### Amazing place!

The view from this unit was breathtaking! Beds were very comfortable. Although the bathrooms could use some updating, there was great shower pressure, so that was a plus! Although my husband and I spent our time at the beach, our boys loved the pool and the hot tubs. It was nice to have the basketball court and work out facility as our boys enjoyed them daily. The two provided chairs at the beach was a definite plus and the boys who work down there were the sweetest. The attached restaurant had amazing food and great service. Great place! I would stay here again!

We enjoyed this condo, especially the large balcony and the panoramic view. Beds were comfortable. The master bath sink needs attention and 2nd bath toilet, but overall a beautiful place.
