HOME ON THE BEACH Enjoy fantastic views from the 45 ft balcony of our 11th floor, 1600 sq ft, 3 bedroom corner unit. We offer high speed fiber optic wireless Internet (Wi-Fi), fitness center, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard, outdoor grills, a hot tub and 2 pools (adult & kids) for our guests to enjoy. Inside our condo, all the rooms have 9 ft ceilings with sliding glass doors to the huge balcony. FAMILY AND CHILDREN FRIENDLY. Great nearby shopping, restaurants, and super markets. On site restaurant, spa, beauty shop and health club. Savor the awesome views of the white sugar sand beach and the emerald green waters of the Gulf to the south, and Choctawhatchee Bay and the beautifully landscaped Seascape Golf Course to the north. Surfside offers 24 hour security, convenient covered parking, and a huge heated pool. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a large master bath with a tub/shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two brand new double beds and offers a full bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom is actually a lockout and offers lots of privacy. This bedroom suite is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and it offers two full beds, a bath with a shower, and a separate balcony overlooking the Seascape Resort golf course and Choctawhatchee Bay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, including cookware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, as well as a dining area. Just bring some food essentials and make yourself at home! The pool deck at Surfside features a huge heated pool, kids pool, hot tub, sauna, and showers for your convenience. And checked in on Saturday evening, front desk closed?.. so we couldn’t get parking passes til Monday.. worried about cars til then. But overall the condo itself was great.. clean, had everything we needed. Beach condo workers fussed at me about having an oversized umbrella that has “arms” that come down to fill with sand.. they wouldn’t let me put sand in them. Surfside Resort is just across the road from the gulf. The water is gorgeous so plan ahead and bring your beach chairs. (The unit provides a couple of them.). The balcony of our unit provided a views towards both the beach and the bay. So lovely at night. Our unit was roomy for 9 people. If you come in the summer, Destin is crazy crowded. You might want to eat at the restaurant at the condo. There is a breakfast place within a block from the condos. However, the full kitchen offers the opportunity to cook inside, if you wish.(There are large roller carts to help you get your luggage inside from your car.) ##### Sherilyn K. Ice dispenser chute covered in mold and mildew. Carpet not clean. Tub drains slowly when showering. Maybe this is the norm for the area, but we had higher expectations for the cost. ##### David S. Aug 5, 2014 #### Very pleased We just returned from a weeklong stay at this unit. No major complaints; it was well-suited for our family stay (4 adults, 3 children). The location is good; the amenities are great. Nice pool w/ outdoor deck bar; convenient bridge direct to beach -- w/ umbrella/chair service! Owners are good to work with.
