Large tub/shower combo in full bath. The kitchenette has a toaster-oven (NO stove), mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. We invite you to explore amenities that make Sandestin special. Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort features more than seven miles of beaches and pristine bay front, four championship golf courses, 15 world-class tennis courts, a 226-slip marina, a fitness center, spa and celebrity chef dining. Shop, dine and play at the charming pedestrian area of The Village of Baytowne Wharf and more. Inside the gates of the resort, residents enjoy the 2,400 acres from the beach to the bay. There is off-site parking available a short 4-minute walk from the property (just north of Gateway properties; look for the sign that reads Inspiration Bay). Getting around the neighborhood is easy. There is a tram that takes you right to the beach and you can walk or rent a golf cart to get around. Also, for vehicles, there is free passes for car at Gate and there is No Code for access. The room was the perfect size for us. We spent some time on the balcony in the evening, it was peaceful. In fact the goal was to spend as little as time in our room while on vacation. The room was exactly as described. There was no hiccups checking in/out. No issues with our host David. This was our first experience not booking thru a traditional hotel/resort. My only suggestion would for the host to offer a golf cart. The Baytown area is very nice and you can travel to many restaurants and shoppers centers bya golf cart. Next time i will seek a confo that offers a golf cartin future bookings. ##### Adam M.
